INSTRUCTIONS:
Just prior to sleeping, take a small amount and rub on the temples, forehead, and face area for fast absorption. This can also be applied to the feet and hands but the absorption rate is greater in the face/head region. Off-site users have also expressed great sleep after applying to the eye lids. We recommend a combination of areas. Rub in thoroughly 10-15 seconds after application.
