This herbal tincture is made from 100% organic and handpicked herbs. This product does contain alcohol which allows nearly 100% of herbal contents to be extracted. This product can last an indefinite amount of time and does not need to be refrigerated after opening. We formulate our tinctures for strength and effectiveness by allowing our product to mature for 6-7 weeks. Calm down tincture does contain mild sedatives which may encourage sleepiness and therefore is not recommended when driving or operating serious machinery. This tincture may be beneficial to take just before sleeping as well. This product is most effective when on an alkaline fast/diet and when taken with consistency! CONSISTENCY IS KEY!

Dosage and Usage
